The staff was friendly and helpful. I LOVED the gym. It had a good variety of equipment. I also appreciated the transfer service.

The check-in process was not smooth. It took almost two hours to check in. The room was not ready. The bathroom seemed old.

The staff was friendly! i was so happy when the front desk let me check in early. I was very tired after my long flight. one day, i went to luxor and the hotel packed me a lovely breakfast to take with me. the location is great. It is a short ride to the marina, and there is a nice irish pub nearby.
